Alma E. (Jones) Hubbard

Alma E. Hubbard, 90, of Seaford passed away from this world on Sunday, January 16, 2022. She was born on December 8, 1931 to the late Henry T. and Ethel Snively Jones.

Mrs. Hubbard was raised in Easton, Maryland and attended school in Easton. On March 7, 1952, she married the late Robert S. Hubbard (Cob) and moved to Cambridge, Maryland. She retired from RJR Foods in 1995.

She is survived by her daughter Elaine Willey and husband Bruce of Seaford, DE, six grandchildren Michelle Cooper, Craig Willey, Denise Cucura, Adam Willey, Tiffany Hubbard and Joshua Hubbard, eleven great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and four step great-great grandchildren, and her son in law Franklin “Buddy” Whitaker of Cambridge. Beside her parents, Mrs. Hubbard is preceded in death by a son Robert Hubbard and a daughter Peggy Whitaker.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 1 pm at Dorchester Memorial Park with Rev. Buddy Spear officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
