Charles Allen Elzey

Charles Allen Elzey, 53, of Millsboro, DE passed away on August 13, 2025 at his home. He was born in Cambridge on May 8, 1972 and was a son of Milton T. Elzey and the late Emma Cannon Elzey.

Mr. Elzey was a Master Mason for most of his life. He enjoyed hunting and crabbing, listening to Rock Music, drawing and having bonfires.

Mr. Elzey is survived by his companion of 16 years Pamela Lecates, a daughter Ceaira Elzey, a son Caimmin Elzey, father Milton T. Elzey, two sisters Valerie Snyder and husband Daniel and Stefanie Absher and husband Brad, three brothers Scotty Cannon, Johnathan Peddicord, and Milton Elzey, Jr., a stepson Michael Manno, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. at 11 AM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Thomas Funeral Home, P.A., 700 Locust St., Cambridge, MD 21613.
