Charles "Eddie" Edward Hubbard

Charles “Eddie” Edward Hubbard, 55, of Cambridge passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 7, 2018. He was born in Cambridge on December 2, 1962 and was a son of Shirley Wilson Hubbard and the late Charles Dewey Hubbard, Jr.

He left behind a loving wife of 25 years, the former Norma Wingfield Hubbard and two special children that were his pride and joy Michael A. Hubbard and wife Sarah and step grandson Seth, daughter Amber N. Hubbard and Jeremy Knode and step granddaughter Piper, his loving mother Shirley Hubbard, two brothers Kelly Hubbard and Troy Hubbard and their families and mother in law Pearl Wingfield.

Eddie worked for Cambridge International for 29 years. He was an active member of the Choptank Memorial Post #7460 VFW. Eddie loved hunting, fishing and helping others, but his greatest joy was being a husband and a father. He was always a helping hand for the little man in his community and took pride in his work.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 2 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge where family and friends will have time to share. Family will receive friends from 12 to 2. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613.
