Constance "Connie" R. (Abbott) Fisher

Constance Rose Fisher, 83, died with her eldest daughter by her side on July 1, 2023. Born in Toddville, MD to the late Aleita and Alonza Abbott.

Connie lived her entire life on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. After raising her children, she obtained her GED and began classes at Chesapeake College where she earned her CNA. She ended her working career as manager of 2 senior living facilities, retiring at age 72. She and her husband enjoyed traveling, movie dates and spending time together.

She is survived by 5 children, 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Connie is proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Patricia, her brother Donnie and her husband, Kenneth Fisher, who passed away last year.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 12pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Pastor Jack Diehl officiating. Entombment at Woodlawn Memorial Park will be private. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
