David N. Shriver

David N. Shriver, 67, of Easton passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at The Pines in Easton. He was born in Cambridge on October 4, 1950 and was a son of the late Harold D. Shriver and Mary Noble Shriver.

Mr. Shriver was raised in Cambridge and Frostburg and graduated in 1968 from Beall High School. He also graduated from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Shriver taught Physics at the McDonogh School and later was employed with Dodson Communications “Cellular One” in Easton until he had a stroke in 1998. Mr. Shriver had a love for being a fire dispatcher.

He is survived by two sisters Mary Ann Low and husband John of Bel Air and Dorothy S. Hackland and husband Norman of Easton, a nephew Stephen Low and two great nephews Brandon Low and Andrew Low.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 at 1 pm at Christ Episcopal Churchyard with Father Bernie Schroeder officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
