Gilbert "Gibby" E. Windsor III

Gilbert “Gibby” E. Windsor III, 50, of Cambridge passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He was born in Cambridge on May 21, 1968 and was the son of Carol Frazier Bromwell and Gilbert E. Windsor, Jr.

He graduated from St. Peter and Paul in Easton.

He is survived by his mother Carol Bromwell and husband Charles Amos Bromwell of Cambridge, his father Gilbert Windsor, Sr. and wife Sally of The Villages, FL, a son Elliott D. Windsor, three brothers Chris, Chad, and Nicholas Windsor, a uncle Alan Fraizer and wife Heidi of East New Market, fiancée Rebecca Wegener-North of Easton, and two cousins Thomas Frazier and Patrick Frazier and wife Remi and his best friend Gary Cohee.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 12 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Douglas M. Ridley officiating. Family will receive friends from 11 to 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613.
