John W. Gambrill

John W. Gambrill, 56, of Hebron passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Mallard Bay Care Center in Cambridge. He was born in Cambridge on March 20, 1970 and was a son of the late Norman Lee Gambrill III.

John graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School class of 1988. On April 12, 2014 he married the former Jaime Lofland. John was an Electrics apprentice with his dad. He enjoyed watching the Washington Commander, Baltimore Orioles and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife Jaime Gambrill of Hebron, a son Josh Gambrill of Hebron, a stepdaughter Krystena Lofland of Hebron, four grandchildren, his mom Karen Gambrill of Pittsville, a sister Tammy Wroten of Pittsville, mother in law Nancy Parson of Parsonsburg and several uncles.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
