Lillian Lee Dayton

Lillian Lee Dayton, 74, of Williards passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at her home. She was born on October 25, 1951 to the late Frank Duffield and Mary Lee Higgins Duffield.

Mrs. Dayton graduated from Cherry Hill High School East class of 1970. She managed Dayton's restaurant for many years, but was known for making desserts, especially pies. Mrs. Dayton also worked at Mace's Lane Middle School in the cafeteria following her time at Dayton's restaurant. She enjoyed reading, ancestry and genealogy and taking care of her family.

Mrs. Dayton is survived by a son Edwin “Eddie” Lee Dayton III and wife Andrea of Hudson, two daughters; Mary Dayton Sears and fiancé Michael Lagana of Crapo and Frances Lee Dayton and companion Daniel of Willards, ten grandchildren; Jacob Dayton, Amber Dayton, Jonathan Kelly, Abigail Kelly, Tyler Sears, Kyra Sears, Ryder Sears, Luca Lagana, Skylar Smack and Negan Smack, one great-grandchild Paxton Dayton; three sisters and a brother; Diane Woodruff and husband Frank, Carolyn Cayakar, Janet Buccieri and husband Danny and Jim Duffield and wife Kathleen all of New Jersey, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge at 2 PM with Rev. Steve Bloodsworth officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
