Lorelai B. Robbins

Lorelai B. Robbins, 82, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at her home. She was born in Hackensack, NJ on July 23, 1944 and was a daughter of the late Karl Christian Ipsen and Dorothy Barth Ipsen.

On February 7, 1964 she married Earl Calvin Robbins, Jr. who passed away on June 7, 1994. Mrs. Robbins worked at Airpax and later was a seamstress at the Hyatt in Cambridge. She enjoyed needlepoint, cross stitch, and she loved all animals.

She is survived by her children Toni Insley and husband Chuck, Tracy Robbins and wife Jennifer and Kelly Robbins and wife Jennifer, seven grandchildren Edward Insley, Jake Insley, Jackie Insley, Ryan Robbins, Megan Robbins, Tyler Robbins and Jayden Hayslette, two great grandchildren, a sister Carol Hughes and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, Mrs. Robbins is preceded in death by a sister Madeline.

Per her request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613.
