Lucille B. (Billet) Nielsen

Lucille B. Nielsen, 85, of Hurlock passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Mallard Bay Care Center. She was born in Scranton, PA on March 22, 1934 and was a daughter of the late Carl Billet and Dorothy Neville Schweitzer.

Mrs. Nielsen attended schools in Scranton, PA. She received her GED at the age of 58. On October 11, 1969, she married John L. “Go Boy” Nielsen, who passed away on May 10, 1983. Mrs. Nielsen worked at Woolworth for many years and retired from Airpax. She enjoyed word searches and was a member of Souls Harbor Church of God.

She is survived by her son Patrick Collington and wife Tracy of Hurlock, two granddaughters Stacy Collington, and Lacy Rosignol and husband Ronnie and their son Connor.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 10:30 at Souls Harbor Church of God in Cambridge with Rev. Roy Collins officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
