Mary Beth Valasko

Mary Beth Valasko, 58, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at her home. She was born on August 16, 1967 in Cheverly, MD to Nancy Cole Valasko and the late Albert Joseph Valasko.

Mary graduated from Severna Park High School class of 1985. She later graduated from Wilmington University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2010. Mary worked at Giant Foods in Easton for 36 years. She enjoyed gardening, going to the beach and traveling. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Anne Arundel Chapter and the Pool League in Cambridge.

Mary is survived by her son Mario Kairos (Whitney) of Centerville, her mother Nancy Valasko of Ocean Pines, three siblings; Lisa Lawson of Crofton, Joe Valasko (Elizabeth) of Fredericksburg, VA, and Regina Strauser (Greg) of Monument Colorado, two grandchildren; Kinsley and Beckett Kairos and six nieces and nephews. Mary is preceded in death by her father Albert J. Valasko.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 11 AM to 12 PM at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
