Roxanne E. Cox

Roxanne E. Cox, 59, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at UMSMC at Easton. She was born on December 14, 1965 in Baltimore to the late Lloyd T. Cox, Jr. and Shirley Wilson Rutherford.

Roxanne went to schools in Baltimore City. She spent most of her adult years helping around the house as a homemaker. Roxanne enjoyed playing video games, crocheting and going shopping at thrift stores.

Roxanne is survived by her two children Shawn Cox of Dundalk and Amy Cox of Dundalk, three sisters Kimberly Biggs of Cambridge, Tammy Vaughn of Dundalk and Sandra Hock of Dundalk, four nieces, Alexis Jordan of Dundalk, Avia Vaughn of Dundalk, Kourtnie of Pasadena, and Jamie Hock of Dundalk, three nephews, Brian Biggs of Cambridge, Brandon Biggs of Cambridge and Gene Biggs of Cambridge. Roxanne is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous cousins.

Besides her parents Roxanne is preceded in death by a sister Shannon Rutherford.

Arrangements are in the care of Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
