Father of Russell III, Stuart Thomas (deceased), Kenneth, and Linda Catherine Sipes; Grandfather of Russell IV, Natalie Schanne, Ashley, Catherine, Phillip, Kathryn, Amanda, Kenneth II, and Michael. Great grandfather of six. Private burial in Old Trinity Cemetery, Woolford, MD.
