Theodore "Butch" Robbins II

Theodore “Butch” Robbins II, 87, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. He was born in Cambridge on June 26, 1939 and was the son of the late Theodore Robbins and Anna Mae Warner Robbins.

Butch graduated from Cambridge High School Class 1957 and he graduated from University of Maryland College Park. On November 4, 1972, he married the former Lois Hurley who passed away on February 13, 1994. He owned and operator the High Spot restaurant until the late 90's. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Baltimore Orioles. He also enjoyed reading.

He is survived by a son Jake Robbins and wife Christina of Ocean Pines, grandson Jaxton Robbins and a granddaughter Amber Robbins, a step grandaughter Karla Hayes and husband Taylor, a stepson Eldred ‘Ronnie” Jones and his children Lucas Jones and Mindy Nield, stepson in law Chuck Dail and his children CJ, Amanda and Jaclyn Dail.  Besides his wife, Mr. Robbins is preceded in death by a grandson Jaxson Robbins and stepdaughter Wendy Dail.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 1pm at Dorchester Memorial Park with Rev. Steve Bloodsworth officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
