Wiley "Pete" A. Young III

Wiley “Pete” A. Young III, 81, of Linkwood, passed away on March 20, 2025 at his daughter’s home in Mechanicsville, MD. He was born on December 16, 1943 to the late Wiley Young, Jr. and Frances Williams Young.

On September 14, 1972 Mr. Young married the former Phyllis Chessman who passed away on August 29, 2020. He worked at Airpax. Mr. Young enjoyed gardening. He was a member of the American Legion Post #91 and the Choptank Memorial Post 7460 VFW.

Mr. Young is survived by a daughter Crystal Summers of Mechanicsville, MD and several nieces and nephews.

Per Mr. Young’s wishes there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
