Suzanne (Haley) Seabrease

Suzanne Seabrease, 76, of Cambridge passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at UMSMC at Dorchester. She was born in Cambridge on October 26, 1942 and was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Nancy James Haley.

Mrs. Seabrease graduated from Cambridge High School class of 1960. On July 24, 1960, she married Jack T. Seabrease. She worked at various jobs, but mainly took care of her family. Mrs. Seabrease enjoyed crocheting, and traveling, especially taking cruises. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge, where she served as president in the 1970's.

She is survived by her husband Jack Seabrease of Cambridge, two sons Danny Seabrease of Cambridge and Timmy Seabrease and wife Laura of Cambridge, four grandchildren Haley Seabrease, Brooks Seabrease, Christina Seabrease and Courtney Willey and husband Kyle, six great grandchildren Peyton, Erin, Madison, Julian, Sky, and Alexus.

Pallbearers will be Mike Ewell, Sonny Maddox, Jay Hubbard, Keith Neal, Ricky Todd and Kyle Willey.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11 am at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. with Rev. Randall T. Blackmon officiating. Interment will follow at East New Market Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
