Terri Lyn Parker, 51, of Rhodesdale passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury. She was born in Cambridge on June 14, 1970 and was a daughter of Sandra Adkins Murphy and the late David Murphy.
Terri graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School class of 1988. Terri had worked for Lawrence Bohlen for 10 years, Warwick Manor in Secretary for 21 years and she was working part-time at Hometown Pride in East New Market at her time of passing. She enjoyed cooking, working on the water and taking care of her animals. Terri was a member of First Baptist Church in Cambridge.
Terri is survived by a son P.J. “Peewee” Parker and wife Brenda of East New Market, two granddaughters Nicole Lyn Parker and Tara Marie Parker, her mother Sandra Murphy of Cambridge, a sister Christine Harrison of East New Market, a niece Samantha Hunter and husband Mike and their son Elijah of East New Market, a companion Mark Betts of Rhodesdale and his daughter Teresa Dixon of Rhodesdale.
A celebration of Terri’s life will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 12 pm at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with Rev. Randall T. Blackmon officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613.
